Conversion of a cellar into a basement shop in Southport in 1990. Cavity drainage technology was used to turn an unusable area into a comfortable and warm environment. |

Once cavity drainage membranes were used to line out the area, it became the drawing office for an Architectural practice, so had to remain dry. The building is a stately pile built by a Victorian industrialist in Didsbury, Manchester, now known as The Towers, but previously named Shirley Towers. |
